It all started with a problem:
“The industry is collapsing. What should we do?”
2015 was a year that was hard to explain. Emerging markets were interrelatedly weakening, prices of oil and other commodities were dropping, and the value of the dollar was running high. Put it all together, and business investments were slowing down sharply.
There was one constant theme in our industry that year: CHANGE.
And our company was taking blow after blow.
Our turning point? when we launched a few new products, and nothing absolutely worked.
